Physical Autonomy
I offer two tiers of coaching. The primary option is "Physical Autonomy" — this is how I envision coaching. Your training program is delivered in 2 week blocks, allowing for finely tuned and truly adaptive training.
Cost: 400 €/month.
Guided Practice
The other option is "Guided Practice". Here the programming is delivered in roughly 6-8 week blocks. You'll still get coaching and the programs I write can be adjusted by yourself, however I won't be as involved in the tinkering process.
Cost: 250 €/month.
The minimum commitment for all coaching options is 3 months!
